About DTS

The Department of Technology Solutions (DTS) reports to the University of Tennessee Chief Financial Officer.  The Chief Information Officer leads the Department’s teams, which are organized around these key responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Applications including DASH
  • Infrastructure and Security
  • DTS Administration

Enterprise Resource Planning Software

DASH (Dynamic Administrative Systems for Higher Ed) is the new, cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system providing financial, human resource, payroll, procurement, and budgeting functionality across all campuses and institutes.

The DASH Research Project launched in the summer of 2023 will implement the various HRS modules by the summer of 2026.

DASH Student will be a unified, cloud-based student information system (SIS) comprised of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Student solutions.
