Enterprise Applications

The Enterprise Applications group provides technical guidance, programming services, and reporting support to University System Administration entities, including:

    • The University of Tennessee Research Foundation

IRIS Administrative Support

IRIS Administrative Support is charged with supporting key administrative computing systems for the University of Tennessee System. Our primary focus is the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software from SAP although we help integrate financial, budget, procurement, human resources and payroll data with a number of other core systems both on premise and hosted.

IRIS is responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and supporting the functional operations of the ERP system to accomplish and further the goals and objectives of various operational units across the state. We work closely with all campuses and key administrative offices such as the Office of the Treasurer, Controller, Budget and Finance, Human Resources and the Payroll Office to continuously improve administrative computing processes for the University of Tennessee.  IRIS Team contacts can be found here.
