Cayuse 424 and SP
To facilitate the process of preparing and submitting federal grant proposals, the UTSA Office of Research and Economic Development, in collaboration with all campuses and institutes, has evaluated and selected a vendor-supported enterprise level subscription to two software applications: Cayuse 424 and Cayuse SP.
Cayuse 424 is an electronic proposal development and submission application. This tool looks very much like Adobe grants.gov form used by faculty, but includes many automated features to allow completion of the grant application to be simpler, more accurate, and should allow for a more efficient submission process.
Cayuse SP is very similar to the TERA-PAMS application and provides for the electronic routing and approval of sponsored program proposals and documents. In addition, proposals developed in Cayuse 424 can be linked to a Cayuse SP form for routing and approvals prior to submission.
